Confused about what to eat during or after cancer?
You don’t need extreme diets or guesswork.
Instead, get evidence-based support on eating well and managing side effects from a registered cancer dietitian.
A cancer diagnosis changes everything, including how you think about food.
You want to do the right thing, but what you see online and in the media is confusing.
How do you know which nutrition advice to trust?
What should you eat to support your body during and after treatment?
Is there a way to eat well without feeling restricted or overwhelmed?
You might be in treatment, dealing with fatigue, nausea, or digestive issues like stomach cramps, diarrhoea or constipation.
Or maybe you’ve finished treatment and are wondering if changing your diet could lower the risk of cancer coming back.
Either way, with so much conflicting information, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and lost.
You need clear, evidence-based guidance that fits your body, needs, and lifestyle.
